How we organize for mission. We can best describe our church organization as two sides of one whole. Side "A" helps us manage our systems and resources in effective, transparent, and ethical ways so that we are sustainable as an institution. Side "B" is where ministry happens, where we all try to live into our calling as disciples by worshiping God together, strengthening community, forming faith, and embodying a positive witness to the Gospel in our world. Every person's gifts and participation is needed! These diagrams give a current snapshot of who is doing what, and how you can connect with your own gifts and passions. Questions? Please ask!
