How we organize ourselves for mission
The mission of God is why we exist, and we strive to organize ourselves around that.
Here are two different looks at our organization. First, is our Constitution and Bylaws, which articulates as clearly as possible our reason for existence, the leadership entities within the congregation, and the lines of accountability that guide us. Second, is a graphical depiction of our Organizational Structure, along with the names of who are serving in various roles, and how you might share you own gifts in those areas.

We can best describe our church organization as two sides of one whole. Side "A" helps us manage our systems and resources in effective, transparent, and ethical ways so that we are sustainable as an institution. Side "B" is where ministry happens, where we all try to live into our calling as disciples by worshiping God together, strengthening community, forming faith, and embodying a positive witness to the Gospel in our world. Every person's gifts and participation is needed! These diagrams give a current snapshot of who is doing what, and how you can connect with your own gifts and passions. Questions? Please ask!
