NEIGHBORS is an outreach newspaper published four times a year by the Park View Mennonite Church—winter, spring, summer and fall editions. Its purpose is to make connections between the church and north Park View community, showing how Park View's members are involved in the community and to invite persons to the Sunday morning worship and other events. It is distributed to approximately 2,000 homes in the community. Dick Benner, editor, is assisted by an Outreach Committee comprised of John L. Horst, Jr., Hannah Lapp, Barbara Moyer Lehman, associate pastor, June Schrock and Rachel Whitmer.
